Manual router · v1.0.1 manual reference
BOMBANANA Manual: Read Clues and Choose a Module
Quick Answer
In BOMBANANA, first name the active module, then send only the clues its current manual needs. Calculator uses the arithmetic result's parity plus the active light after entering the result; Piano uses the Braille octave and light; Switches use four left-to-right color and Braille-number pairs; Wires use connected-wire count and light; Talking Monkey uses the heated button's actual color and current stage. Read the answer from your current manual, because captured tables can differ.

Guide details
Before you begin
Use the current manual as a variable lookup tool, pass the observed clues without mixing them with the answer, and open the focused guide for the active module.
A v1.0.1-bounded manual router and communication workflow for the five supported module guides. It does not publish fixed variable tables or claim later-build identity.

Before you set out
Prerequisites#
- Have the manual supplied for the current game open before reading a photographed or remembered table.
- Assign one player to describe the module and one to perform the lookup when the team's roles allow it.
- Repeat clue values and their order before acting so a color, number or stage is not silently swapped.
Route kit
Match the module to its required clues#
| Item | Need | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Calculator | Required | Enter the arithmetic result first, then use its even or odd parity and the active light to look up the final button. |
| Piano | Required | Read the Braille octave and active light, then preserve all four note letters in the printed order. |
| Switches | Required | Keep all four light colors in left-to-right order and pair each one with its own Braille number before applying conditions. |
| Wires | Required | Count connected wires and read the active light; the table's answer is the wire color to cut, not the light color. |
| Talking Monkey / Simon Says | Required | Use the heated button's actual color and current stage, then replay earlier response presses before appending the new one. |
Route 02
Use one clean manual lookup loop#
Name the module before sending details#
Say Calculator, Piano, Switches, Wires or Talking Monkey first. Similar colors and numbers have different meanings across the tables.
Read every required clue in order#
Use the router above and keep positional information. For Switches, for example, four color-number pairs are more useful than separate unordered color and number lists.
Repeat the clues before opening the table#
The manual reader should repeat the module, order, colors, numbers, parity or stage. Correct a mismatch before reading a cell.
Return only the table answer and action#
State the selected button, four notes, switch positions, wire color or response sequence clearly, then have the module player repeat it before acting.
Route to the focused page when the procedure is unclear#
The manual router identifies the clues; the five linked module guides explain the action order and common clue-versus-answer mistakes.
Margin corrections
Manual mistakes that change the answer#
Using a screenshot as a permanent solution table
A saved v1.0.1 capture supports the procedure, but the public guides do not claim its variable cell values replace the current manual.
Confusing a clue color with the answer color
For Wires and several other modules, the active light chooses a column; the selected cell returns a different action or target.
Dropping the order of repeated information
Piano notes, Switch color-number pairs and Talking Monkey responses are ordered. Sorting or regrouping them changes the instruction.
Pocket list 04
Before the module player acts#
- The module name is confirmed.
- Every required clue and its order have been repeated.
- The lookup came from the current manual, not a memorized fixed chart.
- The table answer is stated separately from the input clue.
- The module player repeated the final action before pressing, playing, setting or cutting.
v1.0.1 procedure, current-manual values#
The saved captures and overlapping explanations support these module procedures at the v1.0.1 boundary. They do not prove that every later build, platform or session uses identical table values, so every focused guide sends variable lookups back to the current manual.
